The speed controller, fan, motor and power connection/socket are covered for 6 months. The stainless-steel body is not covered.
How does a replacement work?
For a covered part failure within 6 months, DAKSHOR sends the replacement part by courier. You do not need to send the whole stove. A local mechanic can fit the replacement.
Which model should I choose?
Small is intended for everyday family cooking for 2–10 people. Big is intended for 10+ people, larger families, tea stalls, street food and small businesses.
Does the fan need electricity?
Yes. The high-speed fan is electrically powered, and the stove has an adapter connection port.
Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?
Free delivery across India via Blue Dart or Delhivery. Estimated delivery for prepaid orders is 3–6 days. Contact us for help with your delivery.
Can I return my stove?
We accept returns for damage or a major product defect. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for a correctly supplied, working stove. Covered part failures are supported under our 6-month warranty. Your rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
